The challenges of the 21st century have been diverse and profound: climate change, the COVID-19 pandemic, energy and water shortage and the ramping levels of environmental pollutants. All of these place enormous stress on the world's food system. These threats demand the development of urgent approaches to create new, ground-breaking food and nutrition solutions to ensure global food sustainability in the future. At this event, we will explore innovative solutions throughout the whole food technology landscape to address ongoing issues in the realm of food supply, safety, and sustainability.
