You can join me on these monthly workshops where you are introduced to new ways of eating and implement changes each month. There's a weight loss option with monthly weigh ins for those who wish to monitor their progress.
Recipes for all the foods/drinks sampled during the workshops are provided on a PDF booklet.

Monthly themed meets are £10pp and include food/drinks samples, weigh ins if required and a PDF booklet with recipes.
Sleep problems are very common these days. If your looking to provide a dietary treatment for sleep problems then this workshop is not to be missed. Reasons for waking in the night could be what's known as the "Starbucks syndrome" or a drop in blood sugar, low magnesium or low serotonin. All these are treatable through nutrition.
This month I'll be showing you how to make food and drinks to help you achieve restful sleep. There will be samples to taste and a PDF booklet with all recipes made on the day and a few extras.
