Event description

Description

In the context of the 2018 Festival of Creative Learning, this is an unique opportunity to approach football from an innovative perspective: an informal evening to discuss and debate the importance of law in football, with a beer in your hand. We will talk about the use of technology in football and how can it affect the rules of the game; how do we tolerate violent aggressions in a football pitch which in another context could enable criminal charges; what is the impact of wealthy tycoons and companies that control certain football teams; and finally, the limits of nationalism and identification with a football club. All this in a very relaxed environment, sharing stories and a (free!!) beer. Come with your national/favourite team jersey.
