About this event

This webinar will focus on supporting parents of children of school-age living in the Bromley Borough to learn more about Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).

The session aims to provide an overview of common factors which can contribute to the pattern of school avoidance, looking at the 'push' and 'pull' factors between school and home with suggested strategies to address these. We talk about working collaboratively with schools and other sources of available support.

The webinar involves a presentation that will be delivered by practitioners from Bromley Y, with opportunities for voluntary participation and interaction throughout.
