Are you looking for a way to reduce feelings of isolation or loneliness ?

Boost your sense of well-being with 6 stand-alone art sessions. It will be a great way to aid with relaxation, while engaging with others and embracing your creativity . Each month we will explore a different mindful art activity, such as zentagles, mandalas, collage, etc.
