This evening event is intended for women approaching their 40s, or who are already in their 40s and 50s, who want to learn more about what exercise and nutrition strategies they should be following during perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause to prepare their bodies and remain fit, healthy and energised for life through the power years.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Teign & Shaldon Museum is situated close to Teignmouth rail station. There are various free parking spaces available within Teignmouth after 6pm.

What is the refund policy?
In the event the seminar is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if, having purchased a ticket, you are unable to attend.
