About this event

This webinar aims to help you to understand your anxiety better and what you can do to help yourself in this area. This webinar will also offer options for 'next steps' should you want further support. Parents/Carers are welcome to join the webinar too.

All attendees are asked to mute their sound and video and are invited to contribute to the 'Chat' at different points if they so wish.

We know that joining a webinar can feel difficult for some young people. We aim to make the webinar a safe and welcoming space. No one will be asked individually to answer any questions and all participation is optional.
