Now is the perfect time to forage for your Elderflowers and enjoy their utter deliciousness! These creamy sprays of blossoms are delicately scented and impart their delicious muscatel flavour to whatever you are cooking them with. We start with finding & identifying elderflowers, so you can be confident you are using the right flowers. I am going to demonstrate how to create a range of delicious dishes, like desserts, jams, ice creams and drinks. Once you have signed up, I will be sending you the recipes, so you could get prepared and cook along, if you wish. Or you might just choose to sit back and enjoy the craic!
