A beginners guide to foraging. Join me on a sensory plant walk meeting the edible and medicinal plants that grow along the cycle path.

About
Rox is a herbal educator and movement teacher specialising in womens wellbeing and community work. She runs workshops and classes in Restore Your Core, yoga, foraging, herbs, kitchen medicine, mental wellbeing and solidarity medicine making. She is the chapter co-ordinator for Herbalists without Borders Central Scotland and founder of Movement in Thyme CIC.
