Foraging & Outdoor Cookery
Sat 22 April 2017, 13:00 – 16:00 BST
Discover Mother Nature's hidden larder in the hedgerows and fields of Derbyshire with our Foraging and Outdoor Cookery Session.
Back by popular demand, Matt from Eden Wild Food delivered his first Foraging Course at Mount Cook in November and received glowing feedback! Matt's April session will explore the natural bounties of Spring, focusing on the local and seasonal produce located in Derbyshire.
The session costs just £25 p/p, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The afternoon will include two hours of foraging tuition on a wild edible plant walk, followed by one hour of outdoor cookery.
All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please bring along warm and comfortable clothing and footwear. Don't forget a pen and notepad, in case you want to make any notes!
Overnight accommodation and breakfast is available for £32 pp. Please speak to a member of the Mount Cook team to book!
