Join professional forager Jade Mellor of Wild Pickings CIC for a gentle stroll around the wild edges of Fishguard. Discover autumn’s finest wild offerings, learning to identify, harvest, and appreciate their edible and medicinal benefits. Along the way, Jade will share their folk history and modern-day uses.

Participants will make their own winter tonic to take home, and the session will close with a warming cup of freshly brewed wild tea.

Meet at the Festival entrance at Ysgol Bro Gwaun at 10am.

Price includes entry to the Fishguard Bay Food Festival.
