About this event

Health • Personal health

Our beautiful woodlands offer you a peaceful sanctuary to work with the wisdom of the forest and myself as a Circle of Trees Practitioner and Forest bathing guide. Come with an intention and work with what is arising for you in your life as we explore personal development, creativity, meditation and mindfulness. Sessions are curated with nurturing and loving care. Painting is included in the experience for those that want to and is supported by resident artist Kate.

Forest bathing boosts the immune system and calms stress responses and after a session there is always that inner glow! We have some small pockets of Atlantic ancient rainforest that we can discover and sessions are available as part of a group or one to one.

The session is ideal for therapists who are exploring how to deliver therapy outside and walking with councelling. Please contact me on forestbathingwalking@gmail.com for more information and for what to bring. Strong walking shoes or boots are essential. The path can be muddy after rain and some of the paths have a slope. For accessible forest bathing please contact me for more information. Many thanks!

The Circle of Trees practice was developed by Ian and Marianne Siddons Hegginworth.
