About this event

Bringing you The Circle of Trees practice and forest bathing we delve into experiencing a deeper connection to nature and to the wisdom of trees for self development. The session works with the Celtic tree calendar.

We will be visiting our local atlantic temperate rainforest and the woods here at Trelay. The Circle of Trees practice was developed by Ian and Marianne Siddons Hegginworth.
