Can I bring my children to this event?

Regretfully we can't accommodate children at these sessions. Minimum age 18 years.

Can I bring my dog / other pets to this event?

In order to minimise distractions and disruptions for all participants we would ask you to leave pets at home please :-) We've found that tending to the needs of another being besides yourself is counter-productive to receiving the benefits of these practices.

Question 3

Where should I park my car?

Accepted Answer

Please use the Malthouse Lane Recreation Ground car park and *not* the smaller car park attached to the woods on Wood Lane. We will meet in the Malthouse Lane car park where I'll give an introduction before leading the short walk to the woods.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are only given for cancellations more than 7 days before event. You are welcome to sell your ticket on to someone else  if you find you can't make it after all (just let me know their name and email address).

Bookings can be transferred to a new date if requested more than 7 days before the event. You are also welcome to sell your ticket on to someone else if you find you can't make it after all (just let me know their name and email address).

What if it rains on the day?

These sessions run in all weathers except high winds, extreme cold and lightning - rain won't stop us! If extreme weather forces cancellation, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you alternative dates. If none of the alternatives suit you, you'll be offered a full refund.

Question 7

Why are these sessions cheaper than your other sessions at Wolford Wood?

Accepted Answer

Because of the distance between the car park and Clowes Wood, all in all we get just over 2 hours of actual Forest Bathing time during these sessions, while at Wolford the car park is closer so it's more like 3 hours of Forest Bathing. The sessions have been priced to reflect this :-)
