Take time for yourself and immerse in the forest with our weekly forest bathing sessions at Heath Farm. Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a mindful and embodied practice in nature, where you slow down, notice your senses, and reconnect with the natural world. Backed by research, it has been shown to reduce stress, support the immune system, promote healing and improve overall health and wellbeing.
These sessions offer rest, reflection, and gentle movement, helping you destress, recharge, and find calm. Suitable for all fitness levels, they provide a peaceful, grounding experience for anyone wanting to unwind and reconnect with themselves and nature. We begin with a guided sensory meditation, then move through gentle ‘invitations’ to notice the sights, sounds, and textures of the forest, encouraging relaxation and presence. To close, we share a tea ceremony, a gentle ritual savouring flavours drawn from nature before we part.
Book your place now for a morning among the trees – a quiet, restorative pause for body and mind.
