As this is a mindful activity, we invite assistance dogs only and young people who can appreciate calm and tranquility. Young people must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Look for Kirsty and Chris, our forest bathing guides, in high viz vests, waiting for you on Oak Road, by the park.

You can park on Oak Road. As this is a residential area, please park considerately.

Will the event be cancelled if it rains?

Forest bathing is an all weather event and rain, wind etc are all sensory experiences, so we only cancel if there is a risk to wellbeing.

If I am going to be late what do I do?

Bluebell Wood is quite small! Just go in and look for people wearing high viz! Alternatively phone or text Heather, the organiser on Tel 07941790670

Is it suitable for wheelchair users, those that use walking aids, or those with other disabilities?

The wood has gentle undulations and there may be big branches in the path. What we suggest is that you phone Heather on Tel 07941790670 and discuss it. What we often do is sit you comfortably overlooking the wood rather than going into it.
