Forest Bathing in Cornwall

The landscape of the woods here in Cornwall is magical and mossy and I will be walking with you to discover the ancient temperate rainforest in the area. This is also a journey of self discovery where we include mindfulness and meditation and invitations to explore a deeper connection to trees and the land. Suitable for one to one, couples and small group experiences. Camping and cabins are available and surfing beaches are 2 miles away. Walking with deep respect and reverence for the natural world I am also a circle of trees practitioner working with the tree of the month from the celtic ogham calender.
