About this event

A woodland wellbeing forest bathing session normally lasts for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Expect a mindful, slow paced stroll immersed in the natural environment. We will be moving at approximately 2-3 miles an hour.

The session will be led by Kate from Woodland Wellbeing, a Shirin-Yoku (forest bathing) practitioner. She will invite participants to join in activities developed to help engage all their senses in the Shinrin-Yoku experience there will also be the opportunity for quiet reflection. As the session draws to a close participants will pause for a restorative tea and to share their experiences of time spent together in nature.
