This Forest Bathing taster session is funded by Scottish Forestry and will be led by Sadia Ismail @outdoor_lass (instagram)


Meet at the Golf course car park entrance to Linn Park at 12 noon on Monday 6th October 2025.


Linn Park is usually quite boggy and wet, therefore full waterproofs including waterproof good grip shoes/wellies. Layer your clothing as it will be a slow paced walk and some standing sharing circles therefore you will feel cold in lower temperatures. An umbrella for the rain. Bring their own portable lightweight chairs if they have trouble standing & walking for the duration. I will try and stop near benches and logs.


I would suggest bringing a sit mat or a large carrier bag to sit on as most likely benches etc will be wet.


To keep yourself comfortable you may want to carry a bottle of water for hydration or a warm drink and a small light snack like a sucking sweet.

Most importantly bring yourself and put phones away!
