About this event
"Shinrin-Yoku" or forest bathing is the practice of spending time in the forest for better health, happiness and a sense of calm. It literally means to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest, immersing your senses in your surroundings.
Please note:
- Meet at the Lake Area.
- Comfortable clothes, suitable for the weather.
- Grounds - partly accessible, some hard standing paths near cafe, wider Forest paths are grass and can be very muddy in winter.
- Mobility parking - in Shell House car park.
- The Sunday event will be at 10am-12.30pm. The Wednesday ones will be 6pm-8.30pm.
