How to start & grow your business with NYLA Consulting
Are you interested in starting or growing your business?
The newly formed Forest Business Club invites you to join us for an evening of networking and entrepreneurship - share ideas, develop your business plan, network with other local businesses and find out how you LBWF can support you!
The session will be led by Reedah El-Saie, Development & Commercial Innovation Consultant - NYLA Consulting, previously Head of Development & Commercial Innovation - LBWF Culture & Heritage dept.
Reedah has extensive experience working with local government, charities, SMEs and sole traders. She developed and successfully delivered the the business plan for Forest venues, drafted the business plan including the PR & Marketing strategy for LBWF's Culture & Heritage dept and led the council wide sponsorship strategy.
Reedah is currently reviewing and commercialising the business model for 'Walthamstow Wetlands' - UK's largest Nature reserve led by LBWF's Regeneration dept, including developing their sponsorship strategy. Through NYLA Consulting, Reedah is implementing the business plan and growth strategy for Oxford University based charity Barakat Trust (sponsored by Aston Martin), recently launched NYLA - an art | antique | interiors boutique in South Kensington, is developing the business plan for two youth sports CICs and mentoring a number of SMEs and sole traders.
Reedah will touch upon how to create, develop and grow your business and how you can get involved with LBWF - bring along your plans, ideas and dreams!
