About this Event

The Invitation

Appreciating it's just not easy right now, you are invited to come and explore the delights of autumn. Come and let your mind and heart be softened, your body renergised and spirits lifted as you experience the land with each of your senses.

By taking the time to pause, notice and reconnect within nature, you will have the opportunity to experience some of the powerful therapeutic benefits that spending time in nature has on our ‘being well’ as well as deepening your own personal relationship with nature.

We will take a slow gentle walk through the natural landscape and experience the land through a series of guided invitations. You will have the opportunity to awaken your body's senses and notice what that offers you.

Our forest therapy experiences take you from the persistent overwhelm of everyday life on a journey where time and destination release their hold. The noise quietens in our minds and nature holds our space, enabling opportunity for restoration and connection.

Forest therapy aids our mental, physical and social wellbeing and there is growing scientific evidence to show the positive impact on health, such as reducing blood pressure, heart rate, depression and anxiety, as well as boosting the immune system, improving cognitive function, focus and creativity.

Join us for a natural boost to living well

- Working on the inside - Outside -

No experience required, no fitness required. Nothing to lose by trying.

Health and safety and COVID-19

Any outdoor activity entails known and unanticipated risks and although forest therapy is a low-risk activity, you still need to assume the full responsibility of your own well-being and safety.

Please do let me know, prior to the walk, if there is anything I should be aware of regarding your physical or psychological health, by writing to info@naturaledgecoachinguk.co.uk. This will be treated as confidential.

With recent COVID-19 rules changing we will review the situation closer to the event date. Prior to lockdown 2 we applied the following adjustments to the experience.

In light of COVID-19 requirements, we will be adjusting the experience slightly to accommodate the health and safety of us all. No more than 5 partipants will be able to partake in any one event. We will maintain the 2m distance. You will be asked for the minimum Test and Trace contact details.

TO NOTE: the organiser retains the right to postpone the event last minute if they develop symptoms or indeed anyone in their household has tested postive. All participants need to offer their contact detail upon booking so the organiser can be in contact with you regarding important logistical information.

Tickets reduced to accommodate COVID challenges.

£20 for 2 hour experience on stunning private land, with a certified guide

£15 concessionary rate for 2 out of the available 5 spaces for those on low income or NHS key workers.

If after booking you develop symptoms or indeed test positive, please make contact with the organiser. Your ticket can be used at a future event once you have completed your quarantine period and feel well enough to attend. It is important the organiser is aware of how many are due to attend the event.

Contact me: info@naturaledgecoachinguk.co.uk with any questions and for more details upon booking.

Please note:

- a minimum of 3 attendees will be required to guide this walk.

- a forest therapy experience can be cancelled due to extreme adverse weather please therefore provide a contact email and mobile you regularly use to ensure you receive all the information you require prior to this event.
