Forest Immersion (Baby friendly)
Fri 2 June 2017, 07:30 – 08:30 BST
‘Forest bathing' is a form of active mindfulness when walking in nature (nothing to do with swimming!). This hour long session will take inspiration from this practice, immersing you in the sight, sound, scent, texture and taste of Sydenham Hill Woods. You will leave refreshed, relaxed and ready to connect again with the world around you.
Parents with babies in arms are very much encouraged to join us on this morning walk.
This event is being run in partnership with the Greater London Authority as part of London Tree Week supported by the Mayor of London.
