Learning With Nature hosts children's birthday parties, in the beautiful setting of Westonbirt Arboretum.

During a party everyone has a chance to toast something over an open fire.

Food and drink is provided with all the parties.

A standard party lasts two hours and the children get to explore amongst the trees, whilst taking part in a variety of games and activities, and cook over an open fire.

If the birthday child has a particular interest in the outdoors, or animal they like, let us know before the party and we will see if we can adapt some of the activities.

2 hour party costs £200. Every party includes:

- Up to 10 children

- Level 3 Forest School Leader

- Food (snack, hot dog in a roll and S'more (choc biscuit & marshmallow))

- We suggest each child brings a filled water bottle, water is available to refill

- Entrance to the Arboretum for the rest of the day

Optional Extras:

- Party Bags, material bag, paracord bracelet,something to make kit, something to plant kit, £3.50 per bag

- Popcorn making, extra 30 mins added to party for all attendees, £50 total extra

- Extra party children, up to a maximum total of 16 children per party, £10 per extra child (Natural Craft party, Max 10 children due to nature of activities)

- Bushcraft Experience - 3 hour party £300 (Max 8 children total)

P LEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE DATE OF THE PARTY ON THE TICKET WHICH YOU ARE BOOKING, don't forget to check if you are booking morning or afternoon. We will add more dates here when available.

T HIS IS JUST FOR PAYING THE DEPOSIT £75 (PLUS EVENTBRITE BOOKING FEE) TO CONFIRM AND RESERVE A DATE FOR YOUR PARTY. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE PARTY PAYABLE BY BACS.

Please Note:

The cost includes entrance for up to a maximum of 4 adult helpers. A minimum of 2 Adults must stay with the party.

A non-refundable deposit of £75, plus non refundable Eventbrite fee, is payable on booking a party.

Confirmation of final numbers, notification of any allergies and full payment for the party is due 2 week before the party date.

Please supply your own cake along with serviettes or plates to serve it on,we suggest mini sparklers as candles tend to blow out outdoors.

Additional adults who are not members will cost £6 per person (December - February) and £8 per person (March - November).

If the party has to be cancelled due to extreme weather, and Westonbirt Arboretum has to shut to the public due to safety concerns, we will re-schedule the party for a mutually convenient date or you may have a full refund.

There will be no refund for non-attending party guests.
