Our Forest School leaders, Kate Tuck and Bonnie McNabb are both qualified level 3 Forest School practitioners with a great deal of experience working with children and families.

Our setting of Shining Cliff Woodland is ideal for Forest School, offering so much discovery and learning.

We make use of firepit areas, a composting toilet and woodland hut if needed.

Our sessions include campfire skills, tool use, creativity, games, free play, exploration and so much more!

Forest School is brilliant not only for gaining new skills and learning about our natural surroundings but also for building confidence and resilience. It requires team work and cooperation and problem solving. It also encourages time for calm and reflection and personal growth.
