We embrace all weathers at Forest School — after all, splashing in puddles and experiencing the seasons is part of the fun! The event will still go ahead in light rain, and we’ll provide sheltered areas for crafts, stories, and rest. In the case of extreme weather (such as very high winds or storms)

What should I wear?

We recommend dressing for the weather and wearing clothes you don’t mind getting muddy! Waterproof coats, wellies or sturdy shoes, and layers to keep warm are always a good idea. Children should wear long sleeves and trousers to protect from brambles and bugs.

Booking is encouraged so we know how many families to expect and can prepare enough resources and activities for everyone. If there are still spaces available on the day, walk-ins will be welcome.
