Forest Therapy Walk
Event Information
About this Event
“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul” - John Muir
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (or Forest Bathing), this gentle, 3-hour Forest Therapy walk will invite you to slow down, awaken your senses and nourish relationship with yourself, those around you and the natural world.
Things to note:
Please wear appropriate shoes, as the forest trails are muddy and a little uneven after the last few weeks of rain and snow.
With warm forest wishes.,
George
