Join us for a mindful Saturday afternoon in nature and a good cause!
This is for anyone who loves fresh air, connecting with nature, and wants to slow down. We'll begin with a mindful silent walking practice through the lower end of Epping Forest, known for its beautiful mix of grassland and shaded woodland.
We'll then pause for a guided meditation amongst the ancient trees before breaking the silence and taking a break to sit, have a picnic and simply soak in the nature around us! Remember to pack your food, water and /or any shared snacks.
AND This month, we've got another special guest to incorporate creative exploration into our afternoon. Bring something to draw on and with. You don't want to miss this!
It’s as much a social gathering as it is a chance to do something deeply nurturing for the soul. No experience necessary!
This is a not-for-profit event, and any proceeds will be donated to FreeYourMind CIC - a small grassroots non-profit focusing on tailored therapy for child victims of Domestic Abuse.
