Event description

Description

Rachael Lines, Artistic Director of FRONTLINEdance will lead a creative dance workshop with health benefits thrown in for free! It will be fully inclusive and you have a choice to sit or stand. It will include a warm up, creative tasks,  social dancing and an insight into her work 'Forget Me Knot' which is being performed on Friday morning to open the Live Age Festival. Dance is well known for its social interaction, so this workshop will include lots of smiling and laughing too!

FRONTLINEdance create dance for and with disabled children, young people, adults and older people mainly but not exclusively in Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire, as well as performing nationally to unconventional theatre settings & hospitals.  There focus is dance and disability, but they also provide opportunities and access to the arts in general.  Feedback highlights that its work is of high quality and of enormous benefit.
