Join us at Form-a-palooza as part of Services Week for:

the chance to get hands-on auditing and prototyping forms with help from experts across government
a special welcome from the DC government lab who ran the first form-a-palooza in the USA
an understanding of the principles of good form design
a live demo of a form builder tool to turn one of the paper forms into a digital service

This will be a fast-paced, hands-on session where you'll work in groups with friendly experts to practice designing and improving forms.

People's experience of dealing with government is often through a form, so making them easy to understand and use is really significant. For a lot of people, forms *are* their experience of dealing with government.

Getting forms right can radically reduce the time you spend dealing with wrongly completed forms and dealing with confused people, allowing you to focus on the people who really need your help.
