Fornighty Wildlife Group Fungal Foray

Local fungi enthusiast, Paul Hibberd, will be taking us on a tour around Laikenbuie to discover the many forms and colours of the fungal world.

We hope to see a wide range of fruiting bodies from waxcaps to brittlegills, with lots of facts and folklore along the way. We will stop to enjoy the many other plants and animals we see as we go. The walk will be at a gentle pace but please note the terrain is rough in places and may be wet so please wear appropriate clothes and footwear. As ever we will finish with refreshments.

For ages 8 and over. No dogs allowed except guide dogs.
