West Lothian Council's Anti-Poverty Service is proud to announce the launch of our new referral tracking software and invites all partners to attend a short presentation and training on the new system.

Partners will be given the opportunity to sign up to the FORT system which allows referrals to be tracked between partner organisations. Easily see when your referral has been picked up, contacted and dealt with. Partners can sign up to be outbound referrals only, or can be inbound and outbound referrers.

Tea/Coffee/Biscuits will be provided.
