Fortnum & Mason is delighted to collaborate with Sitwell Supper Club for a monthly dining programme, where you can experience culinary talent from across Britain without traversing the country.
Each month, William Sitwell, MasterChef judge and Telegraph restaurant critic, will host the event alongside a special guest chef.
We're thrilled to announce that our May guest chef will be Daniel McGeorge of Rothay Manor. Originally from Liverpool, Daniel takes inspiration from the local landscape, with a nod towards a Japanese and Scandi-style. He learnt his craft at some of the finest UK restaurants - including The Bath Priory - and was the 2020 winner of the prestigious Acord Award. In 2021, he won BBC2’s Great British Menu, and was also crowned Champion of Champions.
The evening will be hosted in our newest restaurant, FIELD by Fortnum’s. Fitting perfectly with FIELD’s philosophy of using locally-sourced produce and supporting regenerative farming, Daniel champions local ingredients and works with a team of talented chefs to deliver a 3 AA Rosette dining experience at Rothay Manor, a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of Lake District.
At Fortnum's x Sitwell Supper Club with Daniel McGeorge you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Fortnum’s Blanc de Blancs Champagne, and later treated to a stunning 4 course menu with perfectly-paired wines, all selected from Fortnum’s Piccadilly cellars. Diners will also enjoy refreshing Acqua Panna and sparkling San Pellegrino waters.

Seating will be communal, and pre-allocated. Tickets are non-refundable.
