Forty & Beyond: Beyond Survival: The Power Of Joy
Overview
Topic: Beyond Survival: The Power Of Joy
Date: Wednesday 26th November, 2025
Time: 6 - 8pm
Where: Via Zoom
About this session
Join us for a safe and supportive discussion around 'feeling joy'. What does joy mean to you personally? When in your life do you felt most alive, free, or at peace in your identity, perhaps?
We will try to share music (videos) together, that give us joy. A healthy way to connect to one another.
"For me 'Joy' can sometimes be fleeting but in that moment it connects people to themselves and others, and nature and culture, in meaningful ways ." - Dan Singh
