As a follow-up to Forum 21, this session will explore how lifecycle thinking can transform the way healthcare spaces are delivered, maintained & adapted with a focus on lessons learned / day-to-day expereinces of Capital PMs & FM.
Expect insights on future-proofing estates, improving maintainability, and aligning design decisions with evolving clinical and environmental priorities. including:
Taking place at the Future HealthSpaces Innovation Hub on Thursday 19 March 2026, 9:00 – ~15:00, this closed-door forum will convene a select group of senior decision-makers to examine the challenges and opportunities of building lasting flexibility and resilience into healthcare environments.
