A limited number of Charged Day Passes are access-only (no promotional efforts permitted inside or outside the building) specifically to provide for non-exhibiting agencies, service providers and industry supporters of all kinds ie those who are neither picture buyers nor official exhibitors. Fotofringe is a not-for-profit created for picture buyers to meet exhibiting picture suppliers only - it is those agencies that fund the event. Picture buyers enjoy free entry but everyone else, unless an official exhibitor, is asked to pay. If in doubt as to your category, or if you are a photographer or service provider, please contact the host BEFORE registering! Thank you.

Annual person-to-person networking event at Kings Place for picture buyers, designers, publishers, art directors, picture researchers.  Find the images and the deals you need.


With 100 exhibiting image libraries to talk to, from tiny, lesser-known specialists to the biggest names in the field, allow the full day and/or share with colleagues to secure maximum benefit.  In every corner of every room there are treasures to be found, deals to be done, and industry contacts to be made and re-made. What are my transport/parking/access options getting to the event?

Kings Place is a few minutes walk from Kings Cross & St Pancras mainline and underground stations.

For NCP parking at St Pancras see and for Kings Cross see

Kings Place is fully accessible for wheelchair users. There are fully accessible toilets on each floor. Hall Two and the Box Office are equipped with ‘Loops' to help hearing aid users. Visitors can use this facility by switching their hearing aids to ‘T".

Can I update my registration information?

Absolutely. Please register for each individual so we can print your badges out!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes - although we can handle it on the day if you lose it en route!


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You need to be a professional picture user who has registered online and has a free ticket; or you need to have bought a charged day-pass and have the ticket with you.

ATTENDANCE fotofringe is not open to photographers, the general public, nor to service providers, nor to non-exhibiting agencies (service providers and non-exhibiting picture agencies please see Charged Day Pass). It is a privately created and managed annual networking event for professional picture users/art buyers, publishers/designers and creatives, and exhibiting picture libraries, only. It is paid for largely by the official exhibitors.
