This training is for HCAs new to immunisations and will go through injection techniques in line with the national guidance on vaccine administration. The 2 day course aims at exposing the workforce to the theoretical side of imms; however HCAs would need to have identified a mentor prior to attending the 2 day course as the practical competencies will also be covered, which need to be achieved by working under a mentor’s supervision.

Both days' sessions run between 09.00 - 16.30.
