First weekend
Focuses on you and offers you to the time and space to assess your current lifestyle and to identify the best ways to help yourself rebalance areas which you would like to improve. Then we look at ways in which you can help yourself and you leave the weekend with an action plan.
Learn about the aura and chakras and you will be able to feel another person’s aura by the time you finish this weekend. You will learn various meditation techniques and ways in which you can Heal yourself; as well as how to create positive affirmations. Second weekend
Focuses on you as a Healer for family and friends developing the skills you learnt in weekend 1 more deeply; giving you the confidence to offer Healing in a safe and effective way. You will learn how to offer Healing from a distance and when a person is with you.
