Do I need to bring anything?

Yes 3 x 300g - 500g glass jars with screw lids or kilner type. Your favourite chef knife. An apron and a tea towel.

Do I need to bring food and drink to the class?

No a welcome snack and drink will be offered while we all settle in. After the magic has happened we will try different ferments along with Lynn's signature raw flax crackers and cultured cashew cheese.
