Evidence, Energy and the Bigger Picture: Align Your Frequency
The world is loud. This Nousana session is designed to cut through. We present evidence-informed findings across neuroscience, bioenergetics, natural health and media psychology, then teach simple practices you can use immediately. Evidence, experience and tools.
What you will hear
- Heart and field: Electrical and magnetic signatures are measurable. Coherence tracks better regulation. Person-to-person effects are reported and still debated. Use heart focus to stabilise state.
- Belief changes biology: Placebo and nocebo change pain, dopamine and immune markers. Expectation shapes physiology.
- Gut–brain: Most serotonin is made in the gut. Support it with real food, fibre, minerals and steady meals.
- Self-talk: Spot the loop. Use distanced, objective language as a tool.
- Media: Inputs shape outlook. Three rules: less doom, set times, curate sources.
- Music: Sound shapes state. Choose tracks that match the state you want.
- Near-death experiences: Many who return report clarity, purpose and gratitude. Access that feeling via reframes and practice.
What you will practise
- The Nousana SwitchA fast, repeatable 60 to 90 second sequence to steady your system and widen perspective. Breath. Posture. Intentional movement to shift physiology. Vision. Heart focus. One clear next step. Practised live so it sticks.
- Gratitude AnchorRecall one real moment of gratitude, fulfilment or achievement and install it as a personal anchor you can return to on demand.
- Breathing for calmExhale-weighted breaths you can use before calls, decisions or creative work.

You will leave with
- A reliable state switch you can use on demand
- A breathing pattern that holds under pressure
- A way to spot and stop unhelpful thought loops
- A personal gratitude anchor you can return to whenever you like
- Simple rules for food, media and music that protect clarity
- A wider sense of the bigger picture and how to align your frequency
Why this matters now
Nervous systems are running “always on”. Cost-of-living pressure, fear-driven news cycles and constant pings keep our attention narrow. Aligning your frequency is not a marketing slogan. It is daily hygiene for a clear mind and a resilient life.
We’ll share references on request.
Who it’s for
Curious, intelligent humans who want grounded tools and a wider view. Founders, creatives, leaders, professionals and seekers who like their spirituality evidence-aware and their science open to wonder.
