Description

THIS EVENT IS FOR TECHHUB MEMBERS ONLY

For this Founders Lunch, we will be welcoming Jonathan Berry from Camrose Management, who will be discussing with Founders the challenges of introducing a disruptive technology to a large corporation.

For a small company or a startup, a sale to a global corporation looks like a launchpad to growth and success - and handled right that’s what it should be. Unfortunately the challenges - for both buyer and seller - can be just as great as the opportunities but far less obvious. Large companies need startups to keep them fresh, and startups need large companies to grow their businesses. Their different approaches and expectations often prevent either side meeting their goals.

Jonathan Berry of Camrose Management has worked since 2000 with companies trying to introduce disruptive technologies and guided both sides through the challenges. He has done so in oil & gas, shipping, logistics, pharmaceuticals, financial services and legal. Based in London, he has lived and worked in Paris, Munich, Brussels, Lagos, Accra, Abidjan, Pittsburgh and New York. An accomplished public speaker, Jonathan’s research interests include the impact and opportunities of increasing workplace automation.
