Four Brits Book Fest 2016
Event Information
Description
The first ever Four Brits Book Fest author event is coming to our fellow Brits from Birmingham, England. You - the readers and fangirls - chose the location and we listened and acted!
The signing itself is on Saturday 11th June, 2016 and is split into two time slots to allow attendees, authors and helpers alike to have a break.
Morning session - 11am - 1pm
Break for all - 1pm - 1.30pm
Afternoon session - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
We are offering an early entry ticket to just 70 attendees for an extra £10. You can get an extra hour in the signing room at 10am with all of the authors attending!
The Saturday evening event is going to be a simple meet and greet. A gathering of likeminded people who will have a designated space in the hotel to sit, talk and reflect upon the day with some of the authors. There is also a bar in the room, naturally! ;)
We are donating any and all profits raised from this event to Readathon - a children's reading charity for those ill in hospital for any length of time. Books are provided every half term for them to read safely and a professional story teller goes to each hospital once a term for a reading. The charity relies 100% on donations and we are excited to be able to help them in any way. (Readathon is a part of Read for Good [registered charity number in England and Wales 1130309])
We are also going to be hosting a raffle on the day of the signing and all winners will be announced at the evening meet and greet.
One event, all under one roof, all simply done for the least stressful time and the most fun!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You may "sell" your ticket on for face value but no refunds will be offered to anyone. The seller of the ticket is responsible then for changing the name on the ticket by logging into Eventbrite and changing the details and then emailing the ticket to the new recipient.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Tickets via the Eventbrite app will be accepted but we advise all attendees to bring a printed copy in case of technical difficulties.
What is the refund policy?
We will not be offering any refunds. Tickets are transferable to somebody else, though. Please see above question about ticket transfers.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
You can log into Eventbrite and change the name on your ticket(s) - if you buy more than one ticket you will be asked for the names and email addresses of each attendee. That way each ticket will have the correct name on and it will be sent to their email address. All information is changeable by logging onto Eventbrite and going to your tickets.
