Overview

A guided walk for all ages with our wildlife guide Richard through the wonderful reserve that is Foxburrow.

Discover Foxburrow Reserve on a guided walk from our knowledgeable wildlife guide Margaret. Both will take you through the mosaic that is Foxburrow Reserve. Each month is a different focus allowing you to learn new things and experience the seasonal change.

10-12 every 4th Sunday of the month

Come along whether you are a wildlife enthusiast or are looking to improve your ID skills, everyone of all ages is welcome. We shall be exploring predominantly our red route which is a grass path and can be muddy in places. This trail is also exposed in some areas and can be quite hot during the summer months or windy/wet at other times so please dress for the outdoors.

Binoculars are recommended - we sometimes have some to borrow.

Tickets must be booked in advance.

Please be aware the junction off the A12 to get to Foxburrow is closed due to roadworks. In order to access Foxburrow Nature Reserve you will need to drive up Saddlemakers Lane from the bottom in Melton. To access Saddlemakers Lane you can turn left just after Thurlow Nunn Standen agricultural suppliers from the Woodbridge direction, or right just before the same business if coming from the Ufford direction. Foxburrow reserve is a right turn off the triangle at the top of the lane.
