Foxbury Family Fun Day
Event Information
About this event
Our Forest School is based in 350 acres of private woodlands, lakes and restored heathland.
Foxbury Basecamp is one of the National Trust's hidden gems, in the heart of Foxbury common. Usually the site is closed for public access but once a month we open the gates for you and your family to join us at our basecamp.
3 luxurious log cabins, a fully stocked mud kitchen, glamping-style compost loo and a large area to roam around and to build your own den...
We also offer bushcraft activities, plastic free arts and crafts, campfire cooking, greenwood working and bug hunting, just to name a few activities.
We only have limited spaces available, therefore booking is essential!
Meeting point is at Halfmoon Carpark, Blackhill Road, East Wellow SO51 6AQ. The walk to the camp is approx. 15mins, on a buggy/pram friendly gravel path. We leave the carpark at 11am, so make sure you arrive a few minutes early.
