A little more about Foxhole Gin: Gin’s been made in England for 400 years. So how did we find a new approach? Wineries throw away tonnes of pressed grapes every year. We thought: there has to be something we can do with this. And there was. What would have been discarded is now transformed through craft, skill and resourcefulness. And where there was one world-class English speciality, there are now two. So we’re making more than just a great gin. We’re making a difference. You can make gin in 48 hours. So why do we need 8,760? It takes a whole year to make a batch of Foxhole Gin. We’ve got grapes to grow and wine to make Only then can we distil, blend, distil again, dilute and bottle. We follow the rhythms of the seasons, the vineyard and the winemakers’ art. So we couldn’t make it any quicker, even if we wanted to. But we think you’ll agree it’s definately worth the wait.
