Understanding frameworks is a vital skill for procurement. Developing or using a framework provides a convenient, effective and compliant route to market , while incorporating the flexibility to adapt for local requirements or specific projects.
This course is ideal for procurement professionals and anyone who uses framework contracts in their work. The content is presented by an experienced trainer, supported by illustrative case studies. Training notes are provided for reference.
On completion of this course attendees will understand the benefits of frameworks and how to use them effectively in compliance with EU procurement legislation.
