FREDsTeaching - An Awesome Reading Curriculum!

Perfect for trainee teachers, early-career teachers, reading leaders, senior leadership and those who are simply new to teaching whole-class reading or looking to revolutionise how they teach reading.

This is a completely new and updated two hour session which will begin with a history of FREDsTeaching. From there we will discuss the importance of Reading for Pleasure before a deep dive into the teaching of whole-class reading. There will be an exploration of the importance of oracy, a look at how to support all learners in reading lessons and a detailed look at the worlds of fluency and assessment.

There will also be a sneak peek at our brand-new Spelling and Writing offers launching for the 2025/26 academic year!

There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to FRED in a 10 -15 minute Q and A at the end of the session!

All participants will receive a certificate on completion of the session.
