Description

10K runs are the most popular race distance - at just over 6 miles it's an achievable challenge for beginners. A 10K run is also a great event for seasoned runners chasing personal bests or using it as a stepping stone to longer distances. Because they're so popular for all abilities, there are always hundreds of 10K runs around the country. The Outdoor Transformation Center trains towards such events through out the year starting with a grueling 10k Rampage Run in April.

If you've already done a parkrun or a 5K then this can be the stepping stone to your 10k. Warm up will proceed 10.30 then we will track 5k along the toe path at intervals off 30 seconds Jog/ 1minute 30 Fast paced Walk.

At the 5k Mark near Jordanstown we will turn and come back on a best time 5k. Event is Organised by The Outdoor Transformation Center and 2 45 minute bootcamp sessions are there for all participants the week after
