We help improve staff wellbeing and performance and are offering some free 1:1 pre-launch wellbeing workshops for office and home workers.

About this event

We improve organisational staff wellbeing and performance and are launching a new wellbeing workshop aimed at office and home workers, all via Zoom. These workshops are designed for everyone, whether your wellbeing is good or could be better, we help improve upon whatever wellbeing level you are at.

Prior to launching, we are keen to ensure our workshops are the best available and so are offering a limited number of free 1 hr sessions in order to test them out and to get some feedback in return for the free £399 worth session.

This is an informal and very supportive interactive session where you will take a step back from your day-to-day pressures and focus on your wellbeing, and the remarkable upward spiral of benefits that that can give.

These workshops have been developed over recent months by experienced coaches, researchers and trainers, as we are committed to delivering products and services of the highest quality. All initial sessions will be delivered by a post-graduate qualified teacher, college lecturer, experienced trainer, and an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 coach with over 30 years of relevant experience.

If you are a UK office or home worker that would like to step away from work for an hour and focus on improving your wellbeing (as all of us should do regularly) then this is for you.

The only requirement we ask is that you keep to the agreed time for your session (as we will allocate that 1:1 time for you once you get a free ticket) and that you are a UK worker and don't provide a similar service (competitor) or are known to us (as we want impartial feedback).

All 1:1 workshops are currently run on Zoom and last approximately 1 hour.

CONTENT:

With so much information on wellbeing, especially in January, it is difficult to know where your focus should be. So we’ve eliminated the noise and only recommend proven methods that improve wellbeing.

The session follows the format of a 2-way coaching conversation that is backed up by research and various tools that we share with you depending on your specific situation.

Normally the session will follow the below format, but your coach will adapt this as required to maximise the benefit for you.

A normal 1-to-1 session will include:

  1. Meet and a short friendly chat to get to know your wellbeing coach/trainer (professional and informal tone).
  2. Focus in on where you are at with your own wellbeing(it is important you feel psychologically safe throughout and you do not need to disclose anything at all throughout the session, though the more you engage with the content the more you should get out of the session).
  3. Understand what's holding you back from achieving more, from mindset to inner voice and outlook.
  4. The best ways to improve wellbeing - we'll look at the science from many credible sources including NHS, Mind, and EEF.
  5. What's worked before. We'll reflect on our past successes and why they worked.
  6. We'll create your own clearly defined personal goals linked with habits where possible.
  7. Using visualisation and motivational techniques you will leave energised to make it happen.

Throughout the session, you will be presented with various tools and techniques that you can use to improve your wellbeing, as well as drilling down into what is best for you more specifically.

The workshop is based on wellbeing coaching, which focuses on changes we can make now and in the future to improve our wellbeing. (It is not a substitute for GP or counselling services).
