This monthly workshop is brought to you by Empowered to Thrive CIC as part of our Empowerment Through Wellbeing Series. It has been created to give ADHDers a safe, supportive space to pause, recharge, and learn practical strategies that honour the ADHD brain 🧠
This Weeks Topic: Understanding Your ADHD Brain
This months topic is focused around understanding how ADHD affects the brain and why we find some tasks so hard at times but not others. We will share experiences and learn new tips and tricks to support you moving forwards. We will blending ADHD-friendly mind–body practices with creative expression to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered to manage life’s chaos.
You’re welcome to drop in to any session, but building consistency will give you the biggest boost.

Each session includes everything you need. The first half will guide you through grounding practices, reflection, and ADHD wellbeing tools. The second half will bring it all together in a creative activity, helping you anchor your learning while connecting with others who understand.
